Hi Folks,
We have a requirement. We have an excel online resides in Sharepoint site contents, and whenever anyone from dept A put any Date/value in a column value, dept B must receive an email that someone has put value in that column, so that they can start working.
Any suggestions how to achieve this.

I need to send an email whenever someone puts any value or update the existing value in a particular cell of excel online.
