Is it possible to use forms to collect data and submit info into an existing template and save as a new file?

I have an existing template I want to use- the form is set up and i have the information currently submitting to an excel chart which i also need- but a lot of the information also needs to be submitted via below template. thanks!

Hi @Anonymous ,

The only way I can imagine is to use a blank table in another sheet of the template, set field referencing from the template to the table fields. When flow runs, copy the whole workbook with new file name, save new entries into this table as the first row and then you will get all new entries from Form submission to the template. However, definitely there would be a lot of tests need to be done.
