Saving multiple email attachments to a SharePoint List

Looking to build a flow that will capture emails with attachments, some will have multiple attachments and have them upload to a SharePoint List.

I have the list created and my flow, but it errors out at more than one attachment. We'd also like to be able to automate this so that it pulls data from the names of the attachments to populate the columns in the list. Haven't been able to figure out at all how to get that piece to work.

Any help in designing this flow correctly so that it works on single attachments as well as multiple attachments would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @ktownshend,

Do you only want to save name property of attachments to a SharePoint list?

Could you share a screenshot of your flow’s configuration?

I have made a test on my side and please take a try with the following workaround:4.JPGThe flow works successfully as below:5 - Copy.JPG

    Best regards,

    Kris

Thank you for your reply, let me check this out and see if I can get it working on my end.  I'll try to get screen shots but don't know how to attach them here.

I will reply again with my results.

    Thank you

This is my flow as I have it right now.  There are pieces we'd like to be able to parse out of the file name and have it automatically update the fields:

    Hauler

    Cert Date

    State of issue

The files should be saved in this format: Hauler_110317_VT.pdf

Title should be the file name: Hauler_Person_Date_State.pdf

The email that come in will be pulled out of the person's inbox into a folder by rule and then the flow should start once new files are added to folder.

    Thank you
