Connection to SharePoint 2016 on-premises

Hello,

I have set-up an On-Premise Data gateway. That looks like it is working fine and the Network status is Connected.

I have then gone into PowerApps and here I have been able to see the gateway is Live and have made a connection to on-premise SharePoint.

As far as I can tell the connection details are good, but when connecting to either PowerApps or Flow I get errors.

For Flow, I select a template to check for a new item, configure (It does error, but entering a custom value I get the right values entered) and save the flow. On the Flow details and there is a 'Unable to check for new events' error above the Run History and on opening that I see ProxyAuthenticationRequired error against the 'When a new item is created' action.

Am I entering the connection details incorrectly? It only asks for

Authentication Type (only Windows) - also Windows in SharePoint

Username: i entered domain\username of my account which is site coolection admin for the site I want to access

Password: entered correctly

Gateway: as set-up and live

All help gratefully received.

    Hi @Matthew1,

Could you provide detailed information or screenshots of the error message?

If you have a "ProxyAuthenticationRequired error" issue, please consider configuring proxy settings for the On-premises data gateway.

Please refer to following link and see if it helps:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-gateway-proxy

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/gateway-reference

    Best Regards,

    Barry
