Configure Flow Bot Responses

Hello,

I recently configured a chatbot flow within Power Automate and I would like the recipient of the message to be able to interact with the bot - Is there a way for me to configure the flow bot to have conversation capabilities? For example, when I ask the bot "Yes, I do. Can you help?", I would like it to reply with "Which immersion would you like to attend?" and display a list of options.

Here's what my flow looks like so far:

Thank you!

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @dayuaryanthi

    Thank you for posting.

Based on your requirement, you would like to create a bot which can complete conversion according to user selection through flow.

It’s possible if we set up several levels selections manually. It’s can be done but not that smart

Here is the overview of flow:

We can use ‘post a choice of options as flow bot to a user’ action to send options to users.

After that, add condition to filter the response. If user choose option 1, the reply a message as below:

Once running the flow, we will get conversion feature from bot in Teams.

Hope the content above may help you.

    Thanks

    Re: Configure Flow Bot Responses

Hi Anna - Thank you for the above information. I understand that it is not ideal to build a conversation bot with the current outlined process. A few follow-up questions because I don't think the above will work for what I am trying to achieve.

    1) Do you by chance know of a way to integrate Power Virtual Assistant with flow? I would like to leverage the conversation capabilities.

    2) If not, do you know of a way I can include hyperlinks within the flow bot messages and eliminate the messaging at the bottom of the chat that says who it was sent from?

    Hi  @dayuaryanthi

    Thank you for your update.

For your two requests  , please check as below:

    1) Do you by chance know of a way to integrate Power Virtual Assistant with flow? I would like to leverage the conversation capabilities.

Here is the link to integrate Power Virtual Assistant with flow to improve your bot capability.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/advanced-flow

    2) If not, do you know of a way I can include hyperlinks within the flow bot messages and eliminate the messaging at the bottom of the chat that says who it was sent from?

We should input message in html and format the link with <a href ="http://...."> Click here </a>.

If the html format not works for your scenario, please try markdown.
