how to handle/capture thumbs down event in Microsoft CoPilot studio

My Objective is to capture the thumbs down, when a user responds to the generated copilot answer
 
Tried the Trigger with phrase- (Screen 2)
when action is thumbsDown etc ... I am unable to add the condition as mentioned in the documentation
 
Also tried the below as a condition, but I am not seeing the place in Topic to add the condition.
   Configure the Condition:
          Set the condition to check if the action is thumbsDown.
       Condition: turn.activity.value.action == "thumbsDown"
 
 

Any thoughts / comments/reference highly appreciated,

    thats the thumbs-up, we are talking about the thumbs down emoji or button click event.

     
    On that thumbs-down event, the below adaptive card should get invoked.thats the ask here which we are trying to fix it.
