Create hyperlink with variables

So, I have an incoming form and I am dumping that form into Excel. The problem is there are also uploaded files, so I am trying to create an array of hyperlinks that end up getting passed to Desktop automate.  I tried Concat to make a hyperlink :

concat('<a href="', item()?['StorageUrl'], '">', item()?['Name'], '</a>')
Though in the Excel it just looks like this :

This is what the flow looks like :

I've tried using it after the Compose, but also skipping. The array gets passed onto the Desktop automate :

Any thoughts? I hope this all made sense.

    It doesn't look like item()?['StorageUrl'] is putting anything in the html elements you concat and dump in the excel Upload column.

    Can you check the output of your trigger and see if there's a URL present in the array of attachments anywhere?

    Also, just judging from the screenshot of your flow you might be able to speed things up if you just skip the variable and loop and use some kind of select operation to pass the data to Power Automate Desktop.

    What's your end goal?  Do you want clickable links in your excel?

    You're right, I realized that after the fact. I changed the variable to the actual link (File, not StorageURL), but it still does not go in as a hyperlink. I guess I am trying to get it to open as a link.  I instead was doing Excel code ( =HYPERLINK(url,name) ) which  kinda works, though when you click on it, it opens a blank chrome window and downloads the image. That's a bit annoying, I'd rather it just display it.  Would be even  better if I can get it as a little clickable image in Excel too but maybe I can combine =IMAGE and =HYPERLINK, I'm unsure.
