Successfull but nothing!

 Hi!

I have the following flow who runs "successful" sometimes..
Sometimes it still says "successful", but the extraction has not happened.

Can I do anything to this flow to make it 100% bulletproof everytime?

It is incredibly frustration not to count on this automation happening.

Best regards

Asam

You have said that you have a number of other nearly identical Flow that run without issue.  While not a great solution, have you considered simply recreating the Flow?  You might start by exporting/importing one of the functioning Flows (import as a new Flow) and making minor changes.

I agree, you should not have to do this but it might be the quickest path to success.

    Hi

An update - The flow is stating successful but when I click on the successful flow - This is greyed out. It never happens.

On the earlier run it was successful it was like this.

How can I eliminate this problem?
After the "Succesfull" which in reality failed - I just ran a test run and now it went through completely..

Well... The flow works like 8 times in a row, then suddenly it doesnt.
I have 4 other flows exacly like this just with different subjects, they are working fine.

There is no explaination here. I have opened a ticket.

I suggest that, before you open a ticket with Microsoft, that you take a look at a run of one of your Flows that did not work as you had anticipated if you have not already done so.  Take a look at the output of each action.  Do you see what you expect to see?  While this may actually be an issue with Flow, you'll want to make 100% sure that there aren't any other issues preventing your Flow from running as you have anticipated.  The way to do that is to analyze the output of a run.

    Hi,

    Looking at your Flow logic it seems like it should work fine. It is definitely odd that it is showing as successful even when it is not. I would recommend opening a ticket on this with Microsoft Support. This will probably require working with some back end resources on this. I will include a link on how to do so below;

If you would like to create a ticket with Microsoft Customer Support here is a link on how to do so: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/get-help-support

    Regards,

    Alex
