Crm Instance was not found.

I am trying to create a flow with action as "CRM: Create a record" but Flow is not able to find my CRM organization and I get " Crm Instance was not found" error.

I can confirm my account has access to both Office 365 and CRM online. I have tried unique name, id, friendly name from CRM online but none works.

I am able to connect to crm online using powershell and browser. Only flow doesnt find my organization. Any idea?

    Hi Anirudh,

My CRM is a free trial version and I could access it in Flow successfully. In that case, you could try to access it in flow using another browser or with another pc, or another network. Also please capture some related screenshots for better understanding.

    Regards,

    Mona Li
