Is it possible to activate automatic replies (OOF) using a Flow Button?
I found the article regarding "Outlook Mail REST API reference" at https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/office365/api/mail-rest-operations#update-auto-reply-settings regarding Auto Reply Settings. I think it's possible with that, but I hope that someone can provide more information whether this is possible.

Once you create an Outlook Mail Rest API, you could register and use your Rest API in Microsoft Flow, this documentation could be a reference for you.https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/register-custom-api/
