Flow keeps firing without triggers being met

I have a flow that triggers on Update on a Dataverse row. I have selected two rows to trigger on. Nobody is touching this row and it keeps firing. Nobody is even opening this record and it keeps firing. Each time it seems to fire 3 times each. How can it do this? And what can I do to prevent it?

    The record was even inactive so nobody could have changed it. Makes no sense.
