Power App not filling up entire browser

Is there a reason why my app would not fill up the entire browser? (attached screenshot) 

I checked the app settings, and definitely have "Scale To Fit" turned on.

    Hi @bcanfield83 , Make sure all below setting is turned off.

    And also make sure that all container that used in below image the width is set to Parent.Width.
