I am trying to roll out a flow that I build out about 4 months ago and had it working. The last step is to send an email notification which goes out to an external email address. This is where I think its failing, however we were able to test successfully a few months ago and nothing in the flow had changed.
Now, it keeps returning an Unauthorized failure message on this step. I've tried adding a new connection and no dice. I also tried tracing the emails out of my exchange server but searching for the mail instance returns no details, so the trace can't even find it.
Anyone have some ides for me?
So I followed the directions and it seems that the recommended connector is to use the Office 365 Outlook connector. I tried to set that up but that connector only connects to my Outlook account. What I need is a way to send a notification to a group of staff if an email arrives into a shared mailbox. This is a mailbox that does not receive a lot of email so people do not monitor it very well. So we thought we could setup some notification to the staff so they go check it.
Thanks
That was it! Thanks so much!
Although this may not be related to your issue, Microsoft recommends using the Office 365 Send Mail connector instead. See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/sendmail/
