Hi, I have been using a flow i built for the last 6 months and all of a sudden it has stopped working and is returning a 502 bad gateway error. I am using the zendesk trigger/connector. Images below describing the error. Any ideas why this is happening now and what are some solutions?

    Hey Koen,

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a input field for Request ID.

    Dear R,

If you have not changed anything and based on the screenshots and data I see, I would guess that the required data for the gateway has changed and now requires a 'Request Id'... which it seems you are not providing.

I would try to find background details on the action/connector, there is bound to be information available if they have done any update.

Alternatively you could to fill in the Request Id yourself ... just give some data, like '1' or '00001'. If then you get a different error, something like 'Request Id not valid because ...', then you are one step further.

Hope this helps ... just a guess,

    Happy flowing,

    Koen
