Hi,

I've found this template, which suits me perfectly. My aim is to send first name, last name and e.mailaddress as a subscriber to a Mailchimp list.

https://emea.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/galleries/public/templates/128b05c0736911e69a530d76792d71bc/add-members-to-a-mailchimp-list-based-on-sharepoint-list-items/

However, I do not understand what to put in the required e-mail field?

    Thanks,

    I do not really understand ... I tried to just copy "email_address" into the field, but that of course did'nt work.

    This is the error message (I think)

    {
      "type""http://developer.mailchimp.com/documentation/mailchimp/guides/error-glossary/",
      "title""Invalid Resource",
      "status"400,
      "detail""Please provide a valid email address.",
      "instance""93c00155-fb05-4527-8f23-d46ee708151b"
    }

    Thankful for all the help I can get 🙂

    Hi MrtnM,

    An Email address for a subscriber is needed for the Email Address field.

    You could either enter a static email address in the field or select a dynamic content from the trigger which will return an email address to the field.

    When testing with the template “Add members to a MailChimp list based on SharePoint list items”, I selected the dynamic content “Created by email” for the Email address field, the flow worked successfully.

    Please have a try with it and feel free reply if you need more help.

    Best regards,

    Hahaha, I feel so stupid!

    I've created Flows before, and I've used dynamic contents a lot of times ... But I actually didn't notice the blue pop up at all when it appeared .... Well, lesson learned: take a look around on the screen before asking noob questions 🙂

    Thanks!

    (However, "Created by e-mail" subscribes the "e-mail of the person that created the SP list item" to the Mailchimp list. With "E-mail" the "e-mail address entered in the E-mail field" gets a subscrition ... I think, but I know better now than to say for sure)
