How can I create a flow that uses Excel file as a data source for a drundown list in Microsoft Forms?

    Hi @hh200 ,

     

    Dynamic dropdown questions (as in, your selections come from a table of content in Excel or another location), is currently not available in Microsoft Forms.  What you are describing though is entirely possible by creating a custom form in Power Apps.
