I am trying to create a mini CRM for our business so we can go from end to end in our sales process.
So far we have tables for the following:
Account
Contact
Input Customer Purchase Order
Enquiry
Job
Quote
Product
Product Order
Paint Stock
Powder Stock
I have 1:N, N:1 and N:N relationships through-out however i am struggling with assigning the job to have which paint or powder to use. I have looked into the XML toolkit to create a polymorphic relationship in order to merge the 2 table together however im wondering if there is an easier way to create this. As the end result is to have the chosen paint and or powder mail merge to a word document showing certain columns on a work order.
