Check if you choose the correct Environment that your flows were developed / shared

    Hi,

Note: Open Power Automate Desktop and click premium and extend trail (If you're using free version)

Method 1: Browser & Cookie Issues

Power Automate flows utilize cookies to function. If blocking all cookies/trackers, this can affect flow availability.

    Fix:

    1. Clear browser cache and cookies

    2. Disable ad blockers for Power Automate sites

    3. Allow cookies for:

      • *.microsoft.com

      • *.powerautomate.com

      • *.powerapps.com

Method 2: Reinstall Power Automate Desktop

Uninstall and reinstall the Power Automate desktop and the issue is solved - you can see the flow and environment both.

    Steps:

    1. Before uninstalling: Export/backup your flows if visible in portal

    2. Uninstall Power Automate Desktop

    3. Restart your computer

    4. Download and install latest version from Microsoft

    5. Sign in with the same account

    6.

Method 3: Check for Soft-Deleted Flows

When you delete a flow, it isn't lost forever. It's only "soft-deleted" and it stays in that state for 21 days.

    Recovery Steps:

    1. Go to Power Automate Portal

    2. Check Recycle Bin or Deleted Items

    3. Use PowerShell to restore deleted flows (within 21 days)

    Method 4: Local File Recovery

Go to the C:\Users*username*\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop folder

    Check these locations:

    C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop\
    C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop\
    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop\

    Look for:

    • .flow files

    • Backup folders

    • Recent file modifications

Method 5: License & Environment Issues

Export the desktop flows from the non-default environment and import them to the default environment.

    Steps:

    1. Check if your license is active

    2. Verify environment permissions

    3. If flows are in non-default environment:

      • Export from current environment

      • Import to default environment
