I have a very simple flow that allows our field workers to submit their receipt and receipt form to the AP Department, then send a copy of the receipt to themselves.
The flow runs successful 100% of the time however, the email is only received 85% of the time. I have set permission on our SharePoint for AP to not be able to see the list items so they solely rely on that email. I have other flows modeled after this one and they run 100% of the time with the email received 100% of the time.
The work around that I've been doing is comparing emails sent with list items and in turn, resubmitting the flow for the list items that did not create emails. It's not very efficient. What's happening here?
