Flow for Dynamics CRM New Record

For whatever reason, my company's implementation of Dynamics does not allow us to receive emails when certain criteria are met (for example, a new sales opportunity for the product category I manage). I am not sure if that is standard or a modification.

I would like to set up a Flow that lets me know when a record that meets certain criteria is either created or updated. I have tried using the existing Flow "When a record is created" with a filter criteria on a field associated with the record, but I do not receive any notifications when new records are created that meet the criteria.

Has anyone created this kind of Flow? Any help is appreciated.

This should be mostly relates to the condition part.

Please check the following article for more details about how to use Expressions in Flow condition:

Use expressions in conditions to check multiple values

Post back if you need any further help on this.

    Regards,

    Thank Michael,

That link looks like it will be very useful. I decided to try to delete all conditions to see if I could get a notice of when any opportunity record was created, and it bounced back as an error. My issue might be more fundamental that filtering for a condition. It looks like a 403 error. I might need to work with my IT on this:
