You can use the trigger, when a new email arrives.
Then make use of subject filter. If you provide the correct subject filter it will only pick the mails, that contain meeting stuff. So lets say, your subject will contain: Team Meeting subject,
In you subject filter you will have to provide some unique filter by which it only catches this mail and does not attract any other mail.
And also make sure you keep open with attachments, if attachments are also coming in it. Though I dont think teams meetings will have any attachment.
Final Summary: So, you should define subject filter in such a way, that it only grabs what emails, you want it to grab to.
