Copilot Studio Licensing Option For Partners

My company recently signed up for the 'Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program'. Subsequently we signed up with an 'Indirect Provider' to resell.

We are being told by the 'Indirect Provider' that Microsoft does not permit them to resell Copilot Studio (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot/microsoft-copilot-studio.)

Neither can resell to the client we have signed a contract with directly licensing from Microsoft since we are required to go through the 'Indirect Provider'.

What are my company's options here? It is important for us to be credited for the sale so we can build towards the next level of Microsoft Partnership.
