Hello all! Have you ever experienced the situation where you have flows "stuck" for more than the usual time? Ive been experiencing this quite a lot, take a look: Another question, does this runs consumes one of mines "unnatended RPA-ADD ons"? How can I better troubleshoot this?

I have the same question (0)

Can you show the status of those flows? Are they all running?

If they are actually running, they do in fact consume the add-on for unattended flows. If you do not have enough of the add-ons, further flows will be queued.

Troubleshooting should generally be implemented at the desktop flow level - implement some error handling and logging in there to figure out when the flow actually fails or gets stuck. You cannot really get that at the cloud portal.

Yes, I'll attach another photo that shows that the flows are still running all this long. And what concerns me it is exactly that I'm using my unnatended RPA-ADD-Ons for flows that are not working properly. See the photo attached.

Do you actually have that many machines and add-ons to actually cover each of those flows? PAD does not support concurrent flows on a single machine and a single add-on only covers one concurrent flow run. So, in order to actually have all of them running, you would need to have that many machines and add-ons.

Seems like it got hung on something. Try cancelling the parent cloud flows to clear this and then see if it keeps happening with new flows.

Also, what does the desktop flow actually do? Can it be that it has gotten into some kind of an infinite loop and that's why it doesn't end?

Yes, I do have this plenty of machines and more dem 200 unnatended RPA Add-ons (trial, what concerns me).

I've already tried to cancel tha parent flows, but nothing happens...

Give it some time after you've tried cancelling the parent flows. They do take a bit. You might also want to login to those machines and see what's going on there. Perhaps some Power Automate services have crashed and it doesn't really return anything back to the cloud flow.

Yea.. I've already tried sometimes to cancel the flow (have been trying for days). Shut down the machines for a while, restart them... nothing happens...

Is there some way for me to "monitor the traffic" beetween the PAD Runtime and the Cloud Flow, from my machine?

To see if there is some information being sent / received? Really dont know what is going on...

Have you tried logging into the machines themselves to check if the Power Automate services are running there? Also if the Power Automate machine runtime app works fine?

Yes, I did. Most of the times it is "stuck" at some part of the flow and runtime is good. I have a call with microsoft in a few hours for them to check this out.... let's see how it goes

Do you have any Wait for {something} actions in there? Perhaps you have not set them to throw an error on timeout?

I can look at something like that, thanks for the advice.
