Actions are very slow

Hi all,

I am trying to create a flow that moves files from one SharePoint area into another. The idea is, once someone has filled out an MS Form and uploaded an attachment it is saved to one SharePoint Area and then the PowerAutomate flow will move this into a specified folder, still on SharePoint.

I have been successful in doing this a few times, the only issue is the timing. Some of these flows have been running since 6pm yesterday! Others are taking 15 to 30 minutes to complete. I have tried changing components of the flow. Initially, I was moving from OneDrive for Business to SharePoint. I had a feeling the different platforms may have been causing the speed issue. But, it seems this was not correct.

I then tried to use the "When a File is Created (deprecated)" action. This, too, was taking a long time to complete. I then read online that that action may be faulty. So, I have changed it to the below and it is still taking ages! It has been running for an additional 8 minutes to the below picture. I am at my wits end and any support would be greatly appreciated.
