Adding multiple HTML tables with different data from Power BI in Power Automate flows

Hello,

I am having the following problem, I have created a Power Automate flow that should send to every individual an e-mail containing 3 HTML tables, which should look like this:

Bratone_1-1673799999563.png

Bratone_2-1673800025299.png

So basically the first one should show the overall value, the second is identical to the first one with the only difference that the each value is also split by the process criteria, and the third one should just show the MTD and YTD values.

The problem is that even though only the second table has the process criteria, the information from the 1st and 3rd is also split by the process. For example, the last table for a random individual has 2 lines for MTD and YTD because he has worked on 2 processes, instead of merging the info for both:

Also, my flow below:

And the array function (I used this : array(triggerOutputs()?['Output']) just converts my tables from string types to arrays otherwise I receive an error when running the flow. Is that the problem ? That I only converted one table instead of all 3 ? I just don't know how to do it individually for every one of them because all 3 seem to have the same name (Output).

Thank you in advance!

    Hi @Anonymous

    Try the below

    image.png

After the first select action step 'Overall Prod' add action step called Create HTML Table ad map the 'OverAll Prod' select action step output. Do the same for Split Prod and YTD.

Finally under the email map the output of Create HTML table of Overall Prod, Split Prod and YTD

    Thanks

Hi @abm and thanks for taking the time to reply,

So I wanted to see if I understood correctly and tried it with just one table:

Now I can't run the flow because it stops here and I receive the below error which takes me again to a question in my initial post on how I can convert that HTML table into an array...

I think the problem might be that I also have the process name there but I need it for the tables where the split is required and I can't remove it from the data ...
