P1 users username and password

suppose we create CDM based app and add 100 users how do they login and how their passwords are managed?(users without office 365, no azure), also is there any possiblity of having adfs based sso(user login to company network/autologin)

    Hi @AmitLoh-Powerap,

     

    If they are the accounts which are under the same organization, then we could manage the User Account and Passwords under Office 365 Admin Center, with no Office 365 Licenses assigned.

    For the users which is out of the organization, currently sharing apps with external users is not available under PowerApps.
