Send an email notification(V3) Connector Throttle

Recently i have been having multiple flows fail due to users triggering the flows 10+ times in 5 minutes. 

Is there a way to increase the limit for throttling the email connector? They are all internal emails and it is causing many issues that these flows are now starting to fail.
