Hi, may I know is upload an image in microsoft team using an adaptive card is possible? My plan is guard will upload an image of the station and submit the adaptive card. If yes, where do the image will store inside ?

Currently, adaptive card does not support uploading the file. As a workaround, you can create a canvas app with SharePoint list as the data source. SharePoint list will store the data like Station & other information with image as attachment to that list item. You may even upload & publish that canvas app in MS teams so that team members can access it from the teams app.
Another option is you can make an app in Dataverse for teams for the same use case.
