DocuSign to a specified SharePoint folder

Hi,

Can anyone please guide me on the process on how can create a flow that will automatically move the signed documents from DocuSign in a specified folder under a colleagues name?

Example: My colleague 'Mary' will take signatures from clients through DocuSign and the signed documents will move to her SP folder that will have her name 'Mary' on it. In that way, we will know that 'Mary' is the one who worked on that specific client and 'Mary' will have a track of all of her work.

Just to double check. Do you already have a flow which is handling the collection of signatures? Or is that part done manually by your colleague 'Mary'?

If that is the case it would be useful to see that current flow setup.

Thanks for your response!

I don't have a flow built yet. Currently the signed documents are coming to SharePoint through DocuSign and SharePoint integration (Docusign for SharePoint). But the documents are currently going to a general folder where the document for everyone in coming to that folder.

I want the documents that is being worked/actioned by Mary to go to her folder and the same for other colleagues.

Hi @SI-28081430-0,

Normally files in document libraries will have metadata like created by and modified by. Can you see Mary in those fields, if that is the case you could use those field in a flow and use a move file action. You can also create your own custom fields to track this type of data with a person or group type of field.

Alternatively, you could same other logic as well. But that would be based on the way you can extract that Mary has been working on within this collect signature process. Can you describe the exact steps Mary would be responsible for within this process?
