My power automate flow fails when I am trying to update a SharePoint file, as it is in open state.

Since it's a shared file and anyone might have it opened, how do I make sure that it is edited through the flow, without any errors?
Another issue in sharing is, even when the person has closed the file at their end, it still is locked until a few minutes. How do we handle this issue?

Please suggest.
