E-Cards via Sharepoint-Can it be done?

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to start this discussion to see if anyone else has leveraged SharePoint to some extent on creating an internal Employee Recognition Program, more or less of an "e-thank you card".

To give some context, I'm trying to figure out if it would be possible to execute the following.

1. A manager selects the type of "e-card": Thank you, Celebrating a Service Milestone, Happy Birthday etc

2. Manager then writes their note for the employee

3. If a Manager wants to include other colleagues to write a note, the "e-card" would be sent to them before being sent to the

3.a If the above step is executed then the card is sent back to the original sender (manager)

3.b If step 3 is not required the manager would directly send the e-card to the receiving employee

4. Employee receives the e-card via outlook

I was theorizing if a combination of having to store these "e-cards" on SharePoint, and then using power automate to circulate the card such that it gathers signatures/notes from other people before sending it off to the final receiver.

Has anyone else used SharePoint in a similar manner? If so, what resources were used? Sharepoint? Power Automate?

I would greatly appreciate if someone could let me know if leveraging these could somehow make this work since it's we SharePoint and Power Automate internally.

Thank you
