Hi all,
I´m currently working on the creation of an automated approval flow via sharepoint and adobe sign.
As a basis I use a SharePoint list, as soon as a new list element has been generated the flow is started.
I use the connector “Create an agreement from a library template and send for signature” for the signature process, the necessary information from the sharepoint list are added to the library template and afterwards the template is sent to the responsible signer.
Attachments are currently stored in an automatically created sharepoint folder, the link to this sharepoint folder is added to the document which will be signed within adobe sign. With this link, the approver can access the attachments. This is already working successfully.
However, I would prefer that these attachments be attached directly to the signing document and that the approver can see them directly in Adobe Sign
Is this currently possible?
If it is possible which connectors are needed? Please consider that different file formats are uploaded as attachments (Excel file, email file) and that the number of attachments varies.
Thanks for your support 🙂
hi @Andre_S you can add your attachments to an email or directly in the approval email, but in adobe sing not just the document that is going to be signed
