Flow is unable to send messages on Behalf of customer`s email addresses. Error"You are not authorized to send mail on behalf of the specified sending account."

I have a solution where the power automate flow triggers "When a new mail arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)". I am performing some operations to remove the attachment and at the end I am trying to send same email "Send an Email (V2)". While sending an email, I am using the "From" dynamic content, to make sure that the Original Customer mail is sent again to that mailbox. It works when I send an email, since I have created the flow. However, if any other customer sends an email, the flow fails at "Send an Email(V2)" with error message "You are not authorized to send mail on behalf of the specified sending account."

I have checked some blogs and it says its not possible due to several factors. I wanted to check if there is any solution to achieve this?

It seems that you are trying to send an email from a Shared mail box which other users are not authorized for.

    You have two solutions :

    1. Give them access to the Shared Mailbox.abouchaalaBAIT_0-1706519492669.png

    2. Run the workflow using a service account (or your account) that have access to the SharedMailbox

    Hope this helps

@abouchaalaBAIT  1st Solution doesn't work, as the emails can come from many new customers as well..

I did not understand your 2nd solution. The flow is already being run from my account and I have Full Access to the shared mailbox...
