Power Platform Environment missing

Hi,

I have created an Environment with type Sandbox and i tried to convert this environment to Production by clicking the button 'Covert to Production'.

Once i clicked the option the created environment has disappeared from all users Power Apps dropdown list.

Could anyone let me know how to get back that environment back to the dropdown list in Power Apps?

Did you give them a user role with rights to it? I would check the production environment's roles and who is assigned to what

I can see the Production environment, since i have required roles. But i cannot see only this Preprod environment which i have tried to convert to Type- Production, I can see other env's like Dev, Test, Prod.

So, i think this is not an issue with the roles and permission.

I see from the below post there is some issue with the Power Platform itself, so i am not sure if this related to this:

hmm, that's a very old thread from 2019 but yes if you can't see it either (and I assume you have the Power Platform admin role and have checked at https://admin.powerplatform.com ) then you will probably need to raise a support ticket https://support.powerapps.com

Update:
When we change the Environment type to 'Production' from 'Sandbox', the Security Group assigned to that environment was removed automatically.

We checked and found the environment is visible for global admin with Security Group as 'Not assigned'.
We assigned the correct security Group and the environment is visible to all in that group.
