MS flow email skipping email

I created a flow so whenever an email arrives in Archive folder of shared mail mailbox it creates a record on sharepoint list. Works 99% of time but sometimes its skipping emails. I check the run history and there is no failure or success, looks like the flow never saw that email. When I manually move that email to another folder and move it back to Archive it sees that email. Its random and I am not sure how to debug this issue. The emails are moved  to archive by another custom program (if its makes any difference). Any help appreciated.

    Hi alisyed,

In the run history, if you click the drop-down in the top right and select "Failed Checks", do you see any failures?  If so what error is on it?

    Hi @alisyed

Please keep in mind the platform limits (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/limits-and-config)

If your flow gets triggered on every email and you receive a lot of emails, you can easily go over those limits and thus, the flow doesn't work.

If you need every single email to be processed, upgrade your license or create conditional triggers.

    Greetings from Colombia.

Hello everyone; I have the same issue, flow didn't trigger for every email received, randomly misses some ones. I've submitted a ticket to MS but still they couldn't find the root cause. Limits are ok, and the flow is well designed, runs perfectly. Hope this reaches someone desk to be resolved asap.

    Thanks
