Couldn't Resolve the Users - Grant access to an item or Folder

Trying to grant access to a list of employees however I am getting this error.

Each recipient is listed below, separated by a semi-colon.

    Can you add a compose and paste the same fields in there?

    Possibly they might not be returning the values in correct format

    @rpersad Are they internal users?

    If they are external, you will need to invite them as guests first.
