Power Automate Flow Failed – Access Denied (0x80070005) on SharePoint List Update

Hi everyone,

I'm encountering an issue with my Power Automate flow. The flow fails at the action ‘사용자정보_업데이트’ (User Information Update) with the following error:

Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))
clientRequestId: ecea6f55-521a-4ea7-a5e9-527b175efa52
serviceRequestId: 2576c8a1-c0c2-0000-f65f-2a8170873749

Here are some details:

Site Address: Legal - https://dupont.sharepoint.com/teams/teams_ap_kr_dki/Legal

  • List Name: 사용자감변경신청_관리자만 신청

  • Item ID: 396

  • Title: [사용인감 변경 신청] - [No, Young Hoon]

I suspect this might be a permission issue, but I'm not sure how to resolve it. The flow was working previously, and I haven't changed the connection or permissions recently.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or know how to fix this?

Thanks in advance!

Either someone made changes in the DLP policy for the connector, or the Connection is not shared with you to do it properly, or the underlying structure has had its permissions changed (Sharing/Authorization/Something).

I would have to see the literal SharePoint site, and its security roles/groups etc all the way down to the List you are trying to update to be 100% which one it is.

But if it says permission, I would go to the list, see if you still have permission, make sure someone didn't redeploy your flow or your connection permissions didn't change.

If these suggestions help resolve your issue, Please consider Marking the answer as such and also maybe a like.

    Thank you!
    Sincerely, Michael Gernaey
