Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have a power automate flow that runs on new item creation and sends an email with details of the item based on fields in the SharePoint list - (Compliance Reporting). When the item is updated/modified, a field from a different SharePoint list (Comments) is also updated based on the ID of the item in the Compliance Reporting list. How do I get the values in the field from "Comments" to go as a field with the original SharePoint email from Compliance Reporting? Any advice appreciated.
