Power automate to approvals help

I have a SharePoint list that contains a list of projects with their details. Among those details in every project entry there should be a column called “project responsible" which is a "people" column.

Once a month I want to create a single approval flow for each of the “project responsible” that has a link to each project entry attached where that person is the "project responsible". So, one approval workflow for every project responsible, but to contain several attachment links to project entries where they are "project responsible".

I want those approval requests to have custom responses also. I tried everything but really can't get my head around this. Would anybody be able to help?

    @sveni7596

    The above seems quite complicated, so I get the SharePoint list.  I however do have questions on the your paragraph:

    Once a month I want to create a single approval flow for each of the “project responsible” that has a link to each project entry attached where that person is the "project responsible". So, one approval workflow for every project responsible, but to contain several attachment links to project entries where they are "project responsible".

    • how long is the list at present
    • where are the attachments stored will these vary from month to month, what is the purpose of the attachments
    • is the project responcible column only going to have one persons email in it
    • I assume the links to project entries is a link back to the SharePoint list

    If you can answer the above then it may help but to help you through the design of this flow is going to be long winded.  I operate on finding links to items I think you need, you then need to go away and do the donkey work.

    If that works for you then great, but we only work as fast as I want.

    Regards,

    Andrew
