List Flows as Admin (V2) doesn't return a newly created flow

How long does it take after a flow is created in an environment for List Flows as Admin (V2) to return it in its listing?

I ask this because we have just created a flow in an environment and have found that List Flows as Admin (V2) is not returning the newly created flow, the user we have tested has the role of Power Platform Administrator.

I have already found the reason.
The flow was created within a solution and turn it off, then the solution was exported and imported into another environment. Well, this flow, it doesn't detect it until you turn it on, once you turn it on and turn it off again, it appears in the list of flows correctly.

Thank you for posting your findings. I'm also seeing this in our tenant. Did this get reported as an issue to MS? If not, I will do so.
