location of flows

Hi all,

So I am creating flows that are associated with myself that affect libraries that are accessible to others.  I feel like they should not live in my flow area.  What is the best practice for where to hold flows that affect institution information?  One idea was to create an alias contact in AD and create them there.  But it seems like it should be easier.  Thoughts?

Create a service account and share the flow with that account and ensure all connectors run under context of the service account

Any flows created by a user, will live under the my flows section

If you need other users to have access to it, the flow has to be shared with them

Note: when you share a flow you also share the connections associated with your account with the Flow

    Regards,

    Reza Dorrani
