Hi All,

In order to send a form using flow I have got Microsoft Forms Pro license but some how I am not seeing the option to switch to Pro and when I go to Flow and select action (send  a survey) it shows "No Items" in the dropdown. Has anyone faced this issue while connecting with Forms Pro in Flow ?

Thanks

    Hi @ManishJain ,

First, make sure you have obtained the MS Forms Pro License and created the correct connection.

Second, make sure you have created surveys, not regular forms.

When configuring Flow, try to make the environment where Survey is created and the environment where Flow is created the same.

Finally, you can try to create a new connection and use the form id to configure the Survey field.

    Best Regards,

@ManishJain - Something you may want to check is if your user record has the proper security assigned. Here is a reference link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/forms-pro/troubleshoot

I had the same issue of users not seeing the "Pro" options within Microsoft Forms, and it turned out to be the security roles weren't assigned.

Thanks it looked out license was assigned and it took time . Finally I was able to see "Switch to Pro" option and it is working fine now.
