this might be a really dumb question but here goes:
I have created a canvas app with premium connectors, i already have per app passes assigned to the environment.
When I try to share the app with users, users can open the app but gets error "Error when trying to retrieve data from the network".
Security roles im using is basic user + custom security role with appropriate accesses to custom tables.
im working with internal IT to create new emails for the app distribution on the floor.
what steps do i have to follow to let users have least required access?
If i assign System customizer role, user can use the app but they would end up with a lot more access than what we would like.
also, when trying to use diagnostic tool i get no errors as follows:
can someone please list out steps i need to follow for this to work?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
