How to create a hyperlink in excel table to new file added to SharePoint Folder.

Hi All

I have created an AI document automation tool which recognises data from a pdf attachment when an new email arrives which has an attachment and extracts specific data in the pdf and puts it into an excel table by adding a new row.  Once this has been complete, the flow also adds adds the file to a SharePoint folder to help us have the pdf's in a convenient place should we need to check anything.

What I am hoping to be able to do is add a final step to this flow which would create a hyperlink in the table of data which would bring me to the exact PDF (in the SharePoint folder) from which the data was extracted.  I would be grateful if anyone could help out on this issue as although I am able to create hyperlinks in tables through Power Automate, I do not know how to get it to add the link for the new file added to the SharePoint folder.

A screenshot of my flow is below.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Open up the file in sharepoint. In your URL tab within your browser you can see how the Link of sharepoint is made up.

You want to copy this value, a part of it will be static and a part will be dynamic (different filenames).

Combine the static and the dynamic part within a variable in your flow. And add this variable as a link to your Excel.

Should work, had a similar thing to solve.

    Good luck.

    Thanks for your reply @OkanAT

How do I combine the static and the dynamic part within a variable in my flow?

    Thanks

    Brian
