I'm usingn in my organization, employee leave request. Employee fill the Forms, submit it. 

Automation is via Power Automate

Mail lists taken from -  Share Point

Forms is used - Office Forms

Flow runs is attached.

Please help with the problem.

    @rrhuseynov  in which step of the flow are you getting this error? Can you share a screenshot from the one of the failed flow run?

    Hey Anna, 

    Yes, sure. I've attached it.  Please review it.

    It gives an error when it's trying to send an email to the employee that his request to leave the workplace to the board.

    @rrhuseynov  from error it looks like the flow has exceeded the limit of sending emails, has any of your flow run sent too many emails, as you have apply to each, can you check the flow runs which may have sent too many emails?

    Dear Anna,

    Yes, as it;s employee leave request system, and we have 500 employees, each day they submit in the form approximately 40-50 requests. So every 20-30 daysmicrosoft blocks my outlook account thinking that it's spam or something else. To unblock it I've to put my phone to get OTP, but now my country number doesn't supports there. I just want to like to tell microsoft that it's not spam and want them not to block my account every 20-25 days.

    @rrhuseynov  you are using your account in the flow to send emails? May be try using a shared mailbox to send the emails rather than using a personal account.

    Actually i use created newly outlook.com email. sahred mailbox?How?

    @rrhuseynov  you can contact your M365 admin or exchange admin to request for a shared mailbox
