Bad gateway error when adding rows into a table

Hello, 

Appreciate anyone's help, I am having bad gateway error when it comes to add a row into a table in this flow:

during the first entries, it was okay, but seems having bad gateway issues as we go along. Is there something I can change in my flow to prevent this error?

This is the error I am getting:

    Figured this out. So I just changed the excel file to contain only the tab that entries needs to be added. Previously it has another tab which has a vlookup so probably, it is getting bad gateway due to a lot of formula/tabs in the excel.

    Hello, please tell me how much columns you uses in the table? I have the same problem and I use 112 columns (around 20 columns use Xlookup) and many columns use another formulas.
