    In the last step, consider use uniqueID or serverRelativerUrl.
    when you want it attached, fill in Attachments Name + Attachments Content.
    then switch the Body to HTML and use the Base64 <img src="data:…"/>

    I didn't make it by Get file conte,  then I used Get file content using path.
    see below.

    Do you use 'Get file content using path' ?

    One parse JSON will be enough.
    pass it to 'Get file content using path' directly
    When you specify the File path.

    'ThePhoto' is one column from my list  which contains image. replace with yours

    concat(
      '/Lists/test/Attachments/',
      string(body('Parse_JSON')?['d']?['ID']),
      '/',
      json(body('Parse_JSON')?['d']?['ThePhoto'])?['fileName']
    )

    your error message, it says, the file is not exist, you didn't parse correctly ( remove the second one, you will be there)
    below should be the correct one.

    /Lists/XLCENTERKARAWANG/Attachments/Reserved_ImageAttachment_[15]_[CAPTUREEVIDENCE][32]_[af1051dea9674ed1a3b72feea124b522][1]_[1].png

    sorry seems i need more guidance from you @stampcoin,

    output my parse json
    {
      "d": {
        "CAPTUREEVIDENCE""{\"fileName\":\"Reserved_ImageAttachment_[15]_[CAPTUREEVIDENCE][32]_[cc8c8d541d534322944880304af82a9b][1]_[1].png\",\"originalImageName\":\"capture imei\"}"
      }
    }

    my file patch
    concat('/Lists/XLCENTERKARAWANG/Attachments/',string(body('Parse_JSON')?['d']?['ID']),'/',json(body('Parse_JSON')?['d']?['CAPTUREEVIDENCE'])?['fileName'])

    output file content
    {
      "status"404,
      "message""File not found\r\nclientRequestId: e3a73fc6-70ff-42a2-9d12-13d689a2a630\r\nserviceRequestId: b6219ca1-c026-5000-2af5-19646a6a1aa7"
    }

    where my fault, could you guide the correct one ?

    Your output should have the ID if you only use one Parse Json after Send request to sharepoint.

    1. is the ID of the item from the list = string(body('Parse_JSON')?['d']?['ID']), for example ID= 10, it will be 10 from the string function.
    2. is the name of the file =json(body('Parse_JSON')?['d']?['CAPTUREEVIDENCE'])?['fileName'] and it = Reserved_ImageAttachment_[15]_[CAPTUREEVIDENCE][32]_[af1051dea9674ed1a3b72feea124b522][1]_[1].png

    your path for the last step should be like below pattern:

    /Lists/XLCENTERKARAWANG/Attachments/ID/fileName

    let me know if you have any question.
