We are facing issues while working with Dataverse. Could anyone provide us the what could be issue and solution

  1. Portal is very slow when dataflow is running to refresh the incremenetal data into Dataverse table eg. 60 records its taking approximate 10 mins for refresh the dataflow. Data source is Excel file present in Sharepoint.
  2. Dataverse table is not accepting if the value of any column contains '#' in the input data file, which creates import data problem
  3. Dataverse Import data connection Configuration issue : Issue when configuring connection to Sharepoint while importing data.
  4. Dataflow refresh is not working as expected for eg. If the input contains 10 records and while importing it says no issues however the no. of records is lesser than input file
  5. If the app contains premium features like Dataverse, Can the app be accessed by everyone without license or without data source access? Providing access by having license to all users will not be cost effective.
  6. Is there any option to search the particular record in dataverse table to check whether import successfully uploaded. Especially when the huge data is used.
  7. Is there any option to check how many records uploaded in Dataverse

You may find some of the tools available in XrmToolBox useful for your questions 6 & 7. In particular FetchXML Builder will allow you to quickly query your data without using the PowerApps designer.
