i have a request where users have to search emails stored on SP Library by using a number of metadata.
i thought of creating a power apps app and use two galleries.
First gallery will bring the year folders (2022, 2023...)
By selecting a folder the second library will be filtered.
I will use 4-5 dropdowns to filter by the metadata.
What worries me is that >3000 emails are being received each month. So there will be a very large number of emails stored.
Will this scenario work with >20 k files stored in library?
