Trigger Flow from Powerapps - Hide Header data (username, email)

Good Morning,

Is it possible to prevent a flow run that is triggered by PowerApps from displaying the PowerApp user's name and email? We are working to build a PowerApp that sends data to a flow that in turn emails the information to a member of our organization. The data needs to be sent anonymously.

We are hoping to do this with PowerApps and not an anonymous MS Form to allow for form customization that cannot be replicated in the MS Form

Example:

That isn't really going to be possible because the flow will run in the security context of the user that triggers it.  The one possible workaround might be to run it in an elevated context using the method outlined in this video by Reza Dorrani. YT In-feed - 2A (youtube.com)

Thanks for the information. All the subsequent actions we have in the flow (sending an email) are using the impersonation methods detailed in the video you provided, so the email is not using the PowerApp user's connection.

Its just the username/email in the flow run history that prevents us from moving forward with the PowerApp at this point. Thought it might not be possible, but wanted to confirm or see if anyone has come up with a workaround.

    Thanks again.

If you are already elevating the privileges when you call the flow then I don't think there is any way to get rid of the record of who triggered the flow.
